DESCRIPTION: Double wall insulation of the water reservoir, safety double pole cut out switch, night light and safety light, hard and soft water regulator, steam deflector, high grade stainless steel elements, water level indicator, medication chamber for inhalant, rugged plastic construction, 4.0L reservoir, up to 10 hours operation time. ACTIONS: A TAAV Vaporaire is an electrode type appliance providing a constant stream of steam with a minimum of maintenance required. Steam is produced when an electrical current is passed between two stainless steel electrodes immersed in water. The electricity is carried between the electrodes by means of electrolyte (dissolved salts in water). The current will not pass between the electrodes if there is no electrolyte (dissolved salts) to carry it. Water with no electrolytes is generally referred to as "soft water". Alternatively, areas containing high levels of electrolyte (hard water) will result in the production of more steam. When the water is almost gone it is possible in a dark room to see the electrical current trying to jump between the electrodes in the form of sparks. As the water level drops it becomes more difficult for the current to jump and finally it ceases. This is normal for this type of appliance. ADMINISTRATION: Position vaporiser on a flat, stable surface. Twist top in anti-clockwise direction and pull out to fill tank. Place one (1) TAAV cleaning tablet in the tank and fill with water. Once you see the red marker appear, the unit is full. Replace heating unit. Pour TAAV vaporiser fluid in medication chamber. MAINTENANCE: TAAV cleaning tablets must always be used from the first use and every use. Mineral deposits will accumulate on the electrodes unless a cleaning tablet is used each time of operation. Failure to do so will result in your warranty being void If the vaporiser steams too fast (hard water) use rainwater, demineralised or boiled water. Never add any other substances other than the cleaning tablets or sodium bicarbonate in the water. Sodium Bicarbonate can only be used if the vaporiser fails to produce steam when the regulator is on HIGH, for approximately 30 minutes. DO NOT ADD COMMON SALT. Please also use the vinegar solution as an added weekly maintenance: Fill the water tank with 1/2 boiling water and 1/2 white vinegar. Secure the element in place, unplug from the power point and gently swish the bowl around. Let the element soak for as long as possible (6-10 hours). Rinse the bowl and element well before use.

ACTIONS: A specially formulated inhalant medication for use in Vaporisers. Soothing medicated steam helps relieve nasal congestion. May assist in the relief of symptoms of the common cold. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. ADMINISTRATION: Carefully place 5 to 10ml of Vaporizer fluid into the medication holder directly below steam hole on the vaporizer. Empty the residue from the chamber after use. Use fresh Vaporizer Fluid each time the Vaporizer is used. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken. COMPOSITION: Citric Acid – Anhydrous ACTION: TAAV
Vaporizer cleaning tablets will loosen and dissolve mineral deposits
forming on electrodes. ADMINISTRATION: After
filling Vaporizer, drop one tablet into water. Follow operating
instructions accompanying Vaporizer. Water may become cloudy due to suspended mineral
deposits
but the steam produced
is clean

COMPOSITION: Petrolatum 77.95%, Eucalyptus Oil 10.40%, Menthol Liquid 9.76%, Wintergreen Oil 1.30%, Melaleuca Oil 0.59%
ACTIONS ; A specially formulated ointment which may help reduce the severity of the symptoms of colds, temporarily relieves coughs and muscular aches and pains. ADMINISTRATION: For Relief of Symptoms of Head Colds: Apply to chest, back and throat. Apply 2-3 times daily and before going to sleep. For Relief of Muscular Aches and Pains: Rub into painful muscles 3-4 times daily or as necessary. For Relief of Coughs and Colds: Apply two teaspoons to a bowl of steaming water. Not boiling water. Cover head with a towel and inhale vapours. Supervise children. Avoid scalding. Repeat 3-4 times daily or as necessary. CAUTION: Use only as directed. For external use only. Not to be used on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. Discontinue use if irritation develops. If symptoms and coughing persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
